USCIS Changes More than 50 Immigration Forms; INSZoom and Their Law Firm Clients Respond Immediately

USCIS Changes More than 50 Immigration Forms; INSZoom and Their Law Firm Clients Respond Immediately

San Ramon, CA (PRWEB) August 15, 2007

On July 30, 2007, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) made changes to fifty immigration forms, including substantial changes made to key business immigration forms. This update en masse coincided with an increase in fees related to immigration applications, which also went in effect on the same day. INSZoom.com, Inc., a leading case management software provider for immigration lawyers, responded immediately and updated all forms within one week’s time.

These changes to U.S. immigration forms have a direct effect on foreign nationals applying for entry into the U.S. and their immigration lawyers. “Any change in government forms and policies directly affects the way we practice law,” said Virender Goswami, an immigration attorney in San Francisco, California. “Immigration lawyers and our clients depend upon smooth transitions that are parallel with the government to effectively practice the business of immigration.”

“With INSZoom, our clients don’t have to worry about changes in governmental forms,” said Raj Vaidyamath, Vice-President of INSZoom. “Our team of engineers work around the clock to ensure all immigration forms are updated at breakneck speeds.” INSZoom’s clients were able to have instant access to updated immigration forms in less than one week’s time.

“Immigration is a very fluid business,” said Umesh Vaidyamath, founder and C.E.O. of INSZoom. “Laws, regulations and forms are constantly in flux and it is essential that lawyers and their software providers respond immediately and consistently to any changes made at the governmental side. Law firms that have that flexibility built-in to the way they function on a day-to-day level will always have an advantage in the immigration industry.”

Immigration forms that were changed this week include: Form I-751, the Petition to Remove conditions on Residence; Form I-765, the Application form Employment Authorization; Form I-907, the Request for Premium Processing Service; Form I-290B, the Notice of Appeal or Motion; and Form I-129F, the Petition for an Alien Fiancé(e).

INSZoom, Inc. (http://www.inszoom.com), is the world’s largest immigration software company, with offices in San Ramon, CA, US; London, UK; and Bangalore, India. Founded in 1999, the company has been helping law firms and corporate immigration divisions in automating and managing their immigration tasks efficiently. As a Microsoft Certified partner, INSZoom provides clients with leading-edge technology, flexible platforms, and superior compliancy management tools. New York H-1B Lawyer Announces Important Message to Foreign Skilled Workers and Their Employers

New York H-1B Lawyer Announces Important Message to Foreign Skilled Workers and Their Employers

New York, NY (PRWEB) September 8, 2008

New York Immigration Lawyer Valentini Law Offices, PLLC is pleased to announce an important message to those who may be considering filing for an H-1B employment visa. Since there is a congressionally mandated limitation on the number of visas available to foreign skilled workers, and because the number of applicants seeking classification under H-1B status has been dramatically increasing over the past several years, it is imperative that the application process be started as early as possible to ensure proper filing to meet deadlines.

Timing is so important because April 1 is the first day US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) begins accepting H-1B petitions. It is also the day on which an overwhelming number of applicants submit petitions, bringing the total number closer and closer to the capped limit. For this reason the earlier the application process is begun, the better the end result.

The H-1B visa remains a great visa option for foreign citizens who have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher either in the United States or abroad. It allows the qualified foreign worker to be employed in the U.S. for up to 6 years.

Filing for an H-1B visa is a complex process best handled by an immigration law attorney. Valentini Law Offices, PLLC has extensive experience handling this type of case and has provided a comprehensive overview of the process to potential candidates and their employers which is available in both English and Spanish on its website at New York Immigration Lawyer.

A factor that sets Valentini Law Offices, PLLC apart from other law firms is its personal and undivided attention to clients. Valentini Law Offices enjoys helping clients fulfill dreams of a better life in the United States. It is Valentini Law Offices’ belief that clients deserve the most professional, respectful, and attentive treatment. This is why all current and prospective client phone calls and emails are always returned promptly. To serve clients better, New York H1-B Lawyer staff speaks Spanish, Italian, French, German, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Since immigration law falls under federal jurisdiction, Valentini Law Offices proudly serves clients in all 50 states. It also welcomes calls and emails and is happy to answer questions about its website (New York Immigration Lawyer) or services including those of H-1B temporary employment visas.

Q&A: Is it disrespectful to the medical proffesion to blame all their successes on miracles?

Question by The Dog Abides: Is it disrespectful to the medical proffesion to blame all their successes on miracles?
How many times have I heard people say that someones recovery was a miracle when they were being treated by highly trained and specialized doctors? Too many.

I never hear anyone saying that it was God’s fault when the doctor makes a mistake! Usually people are discussing malpractice with their lawyer by then.

These People go to school for a decade to learn how your body works and how to fix it and then the second that they DO fix you, you turn around and ascribe it to MAGIC.

I find that deeply disprespectful to the Doctors and Nurses.

So shut up already with the “guardian angel” this and the “I prayed for your recovery” that.

Can we all just realize that science and medicine are really great and it has nothing to do with magic?

Damn straight!

True christian scientists (the religion) at least carry through with what all christians say they believe – that god can heal you. To all christians I would say that if you have faith you don’t need doctors. If you go to a doctor and are cured, it is due to your lack of faith and your doctor’s training, not to god.

Per year, what % of average people need a lawyer for something in their lives & how many actually get one?

by quinn.anya

Question by Ed: Per year, what % of average people need a lawyer for something in their lives & how many actually get one?
I’d like to find out, in general, how many people (or % per year) have what can be called a claim-worthy occurance in their lives that should be looked at by a lawyer. How does that compare to the numbers of people who actually do go out and get a laywer or do anything at all that would constitute “filing a claim” in any area of law like personal injury or workers’ comp or any other “important” area. I’m trying to exclude things like traffic tickets and such because most people can handle this on their own, without necessarily getting a lawyer involved. Are there a lot of people who, for one reason or another, don’t file a claim and don’t get a lawyer despite the fact that they may have a good/worthy claim to make? What could be the reasons for this? Also, if anyone has any web (or print) sources where such general law statistics information can be obtained, I’d really appreciate a link to some source where I can do more research.
Looking for statistics for the United States only!

Good luck.

My personal opinion is that 100% of people could use an atty and probably only 25% get one.

Maybe the prepaid legal people have some facts. It would make sense that they might use it as part of a sales pitch. http://www.prepaidlegal.com

Are terrorists that are tried in civilian courts going to be able to claim they were not given their Miranda?

by stargonautone

Question by John: Are terrorists that are tried in civilian courts going to be able to claim they were not given their Miranda?
rights?

Regular people in civilian courts get off scott free if they were not read their rights before questioning and given the opportunity to talk to a lawyer.

“Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is going to meet justice and he’s going to meet his maker,” White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Sunday.

How can you have a fair civilian trial without the presumption off innocent until proven guilty? Couldn’t a sharp lawyer use the White Houses statements against the prosecution and say that the government has made it impossible for a fair trial?

Best answer:

Answer by Cactus Jack
Probably not. If Miranda rights are not read that does not taint the entire case. Most courts will just not let the prosecutor use incriminating evidence from the accused before he got a lawyer if he was not informed of his right to a lawyer.
